Dog Daycare Customer Service Representative

We are offering Full time and Part-time opportunities Salary is $13-$15 based on experience and skills.
This range is flexible based on these factors as well.
Staff is paid weekly every Friday for the previous Sunday-Saturday Benefits: We do a complete payout for tips with all staff each weekly which increases the hourly rate for all staff We provide virtual vet services for free to all staff After a year of full time employment, employees are elidegable for 401k We also offer a flexible schedule Opertaing hours are from 6:30am to 8:00pm Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Pet parents and ensuring their needs are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and dogs and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist pet parents with reservations, information, and vaccinations - Provide accurate and timely information to pet parents about their dogs stay - Operate our reservation system, Gingr, to complete stays, make notes, and create profiles - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner with the assistance of Facility Leadership - Identify opportunities to help the dogs stay be more enjoyable such as enrichments, treats, and engagements - Documenting information from pet parents as well as the Daycare staff - Run dogs to their suite after check-in or retrieve them when their parents are there to pick up Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.
