Tumbling Instructor

Responsibilities: - Instruct and lead classes full of different age groups ranging from 3 years old to 10 years old.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate.
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Teach proper techniques, skills, and rules of tumbling.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians (if applicable).
- Manage student behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements: - Experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity.
- Knowledge and expertise in the specific skill being taught.
- Certification or qualifications in the relevant skill is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Excellent organizational skills to plan lessons and manage class schedules.
- Ability to maintain a safe environment for students, including knowledge of first aid and CPR if applicable.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
