I am on SSI disability and my fiancée is working at IHop in Muncie, Indiana.
He just started there and he gets paid every two weeks.
We would like a place that is in a good area of Muncie, but close to IHOP so that he could walk or bike to work on nice days.
We are good Christian people.
We don't smoke,drink,party or do drugs.
We are nice,kind,friendly and clean people, who pretty much stay to ourselves, but we do like to make friends though.
We are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom house with one to two bathrooms that is all one story, possibly all electric and no basement if possible.
We would like to kind of live in the city, but kind of in the country with city water, We will have $500 to $600 out of my check to offer up front and willing to pay on the first of May if I don't receive it sooner.
We would be willing to pay extra on with the rent for the deposit each month like $50 to maybe a extra $100 a month.
We do have paperwork from our counselors that we are in need of our animals, which are our ESA's.
My
fiancée knows carpentry skills, so he can pretty much fix anything, but he dont do electric, unless he has to.
lol If the home needs some work but, has no mold,mildew and stuff like that and is liveable while we are working on it that would be wonderful.
We are presently living in my childhood home, with my mom but, things are not working out as we planned, so this is why I am posting this ad.
I will go check on my mom on a daily basis after we move into our new to us house/our new home.
We do have bad credit, but our backgrounds are clean.
We would love to talk to u more in person, when my fiancée has a day off from work and look at what you have available.
If you are a private landlord or just someone that happens to have a house that you would be willing to rent to us on a monthly basis or on a monthly basis land contract rent to own with no big down payment and would except the amount above as the start of the rent to own/land contract monthly payment, what monthly payments either in rent or rent to own
type deal will go towards buying of the home in the future.
